I'd like to buy some of these raised bed kits for my garden. They will be placed on soil and I will be growing root vegetables in some of them. As they're going to be on soil does it matter what height I buy?

Hi Kate
Once you break up the soil below before you add in the new soil it will be perfectly deep for root veg as they will grow down in to your existing soil
