No problem. As follows
6 x 6 x 21 inch high = 1700 litres (2 x tonne bags)
12 x 3 x 21 inch high = 1780 litres (similar 2 tonne bags should do it)
12 x 4 x 21 inch high = 2300 litres (almost 3 tonne bags). All of that said you won't need the high grade soil from top to bottom and can use old compost or poorer fill in the base. Even gravel up to about 10 inches if you want
