Hi Rozz. Yes you can use Mypex a number of times. I personally don't like spraying as I son't like adding chemicals to the soil. If I were preparing a plot for next year I would add a layer of manure or garden compost and cover the area with mypex. You should have a lovely plot to sow and plant into next Spring.
