Hi Niall, The external diameter of the pipe i have is 30mm the internal diameter is 25mm. No amount of hot water will make that fit in a 25mm hole. I can send you a photo of the two side by side.

Hi John
As far as we were aware there was only 25mm blue piping on the market but it is definitely the 25mm external dimensions that are required. Anything wider will not fit
