Hi Rozz. We will have a video ready around late November on how best to use the Pigs. In relation to smell first. You need to add more carbon such shredded paper or cardboard or wood pellets. This will bring the contents back to a more compost like material. Also once the heat starts to be generated which it clearly is now i would turn it roughly every 2/3 days.
