Hi Moira. There is no leaflet on how to best use these units but we will be doing a video on this in the coming weeks which should help. In the meantime if you stick to the broad principal of a third kitchen waste, a third garden waste and a third brown waste (cardboard, paper, shredded wood or clippings etc)
