...is normal, as it gets towards done it gets cooler? It still seems to be breaking stuff down (I chopped through a few handfuls with a scissors). Thanks

Hi Paul
If you email our customer support on support@quickcrop.com the guys will send you on a user manual which will help you with the process. It does cool down after the initial build up of heat but as it breaks down you can add more to that side which will get the heat moving again and also means you get more in each side of the unit
