...oad every day or is it better to deposit the peels etc every couple of days?

Hi Anne
All of the above can easily go in to the Joraform. You can add to it every day. Just don't leave it open to long when adding to it as you don't want to let to much of the heat out but it is good to turn it regularly so i add to mine every other day and give it a turn when i do so
