We keep chickens. What effect will a weekly tray of chucken poo/straw/sawdust have on a mixture which with otherwise be kitchen waste and grass cuttings?

This will enhance the mix no end. The straw will act as your carbon brown waste and will help keep the mix from getting to wet. Just be careful not to add to much straw. A weekly mix will be fine
