Hi Angela
Due to the high temperatures achieved in a Joraform compost bin you can add cooked food as well as raw fruit and vegetable scraps. You can also add meat and fish waste. If you are processing a lot of cooked food waste it is important to have a good source of dry carbon based material to keep the bin balanced, the easiest to have at hand are wood pellets which we also supply.
I hope this helps
Best regards
Andrew
