Hi, I bout a "big pig" last November and I've been feeding it and turning it regularly. I've tried to be careful about adding plenty of brown materials including stable sweepings (paper and manure) in an attempt to kick start eth heating proces... Joraform Compost Tumbler JK270 'Big Pig'
...s. In spite of this my compost hasn't heated up at all and seems to be very wet. What can I do to rectify this? One compartment is full but not doing what I expected! Also, does position matter? Mine's in semi-shade at the moment, would it be better in full sun? Thanks
