Hi, I recently purchased the big pig as per your recommendations but it seems way too small for what we need. I'm starting to think that we have had the wrong size sent out to us? If it is that this is the correct size then we could do with a heap of them... Joraform Compost Tumbler JK400 Rapid Hot Composters

...! The first side was full in a week and the second side full the following week. I've now no room left to compost? How can I know I've been sent the right size and what am I doing wrong that I've both sides full and no room left to compost? Do I have to wait 6-8 weeks for each side to break down? Thinking I probably needed the jk400 at this rate?

Hi Georgina
Send a photo to our customer service department through the contact page on the website and we can tell you straight away. It is clearly marked on the boxes that it came in. I am not sure if you have looked in the chambers since you filled them but if you have put in the right mix it will have shrunk considerably over the period of a week. I recently started using a JK270 for my family of 4 and large garden and i have filled one side fully 3 times and i am still adding as the heating process in it is breaking down the composted material so fast. But send us the photos and i am happy to call you to discuss if you like
