...hen waste of peelings and the temperature is staying about 25C and there is mould developing. Can I start adding medium digestible waste to get it the level up to the top of the base layer?

Hi Judith
Yes you can. Make sure to move the material around with the prong provided when you add this in and try and get some of it in to the centre
