... bottle two or three times to encourage it to warm up. The 'compost' is up to the level mentioned, but it is still struggling to reach 30c and it is now over 2 months since I began. I haven't added any cooked food as it hadn't reached the right heat. Can you suggest what might be wrong? Many thanks

Hi Ann
Lack of nitrogen in the mix is usually the issue. If you have any grass clippings add in a good bit of these but you may need to empty some of the contents to make sure you get the grass down in to the mix. Once the heat starts to build you will be away
