I wouldn't put cardboard in as this is not like a standard composter. The worms have to digest and compost the material and they won't do this with cardboard. No meat or bones, chicken etc. Manure is fine but mainly grass clippings and waste from the kitchen. All your peels etc and some of the scraps from the table without the meat
