Hi Ahmed. They are for very different things. The mesh cover will protect against Cabbage and Carrot Root fly and other small travelling insects. The Poly cover will create heat and stop anything getting in even rain and wind. So the polycover is to enchance growing conditions the mesh to protect against insects that might destroy your plants
