What is the best way to dig the holes for a long hedge using this ? I'm used to the 'dig a wedge trench' technique but that isn't going to work with this is it ?

Hi Steve.
You pin down one end of the mat and mark where your first hole is. Dig that and then plant through the mat. And continue on up the line. Its actually quite easy to do to be honest
