How heavy is this composter? I need it to withstand West Coast winds! Thanks

Hi Rebecca. The Thermo wood composter is made from strurdy plastic but is not especially heavy when empty. I would suggest it may need to anchored to the ground if you are in a very windy spot until it has enough material in it to weigh it down.
