Hi, I have a very dry hard lawn in a new build and trying to improve it. Is this best product to start with?
Soil Renew - Soil Improver
It gets waterlogged due to bad drainage and i initially thought it's clay but I think it's just dead soil that is compacted. How far down will this eventually penetrate and do you think I should be using anything other than this? I need to add top soil too in some places as it's not level but want to start with addressing soil first, thank you

Adding the soil renew at the same time as the new topsoil is probably your best approach. I would also fork the garden at the same time. It can be a tricky one with the type of rubbish soil most builders throw in when building is finished and what is buried in underneath
