2x jk 270 or 1 x 400litre, what’s more effective for about 4 to 5 bins per week

We are community garden and collect 4 x bins per week if food waste, do I add equal quantity s of wood chip or sawdust

The JK400 will handle more than 2 x JK270's in a week. If you have shredded cardboard and paper you can use this instead of wood chip or wood pellets/sawdust. But if using woodchip roughly one third carbon to the rest garden and kitchen waste.
