How do you account for the depth of the pond liner if you supply liner for 5x4 pond? Is there extra liner and underlay?

Also, if the pond is measure d at 5x4 meters, I would need a larger liner to accomodate the depth. Here it says you supply 5x4 meters of liner but that would not be enough nor of the underlay. What depth do you account for?
