Hi there
The screws provided are galvanised but no, they are not stainless steel. Unfortunately the xxxx and washer packs are pre-packed so we do not supply the washers separately.

I assume they do NOT come with stainless steel screws ? If so, will you sell the washers separately and at what price ?
