Can this be added to the surface of a lawn? Will it still break down and improve the soil without damaging the lawn?

I have mobility difficulties and am building very high raised beds, 84cm high , I wondered if I can use this horticultural sand to fill the bottom 20cm to save filling it with expensive soil and compost mix so deep.

Can this be used on top of wood chip mulch? It says not to dig it in but would this still apply if it is not in direct contact with the soil?

Hi Andrew,I noted the description says this product helps germination. Does that mean it can be used with seed compost? How would you use it for germination, would it have to be dissolved in water? Thank you!

I've just bought some of your seaweed meal, thank you. For adding to pot plants (15cms), can I mix it with water first, to pour it on? And indeed is it of benefit to pots this small?

Can this be used at the base of a trench dug in Autumn and then covered with compost, to enrich the soil over winter prior to planting out Sweet Peas in Spring next year? Would this be of be of any benefit?

Hi AndrewIt would be for a new lawn. Not ready to purchase yet but will try and level current soil. It's quite a solid clay type soil so I'll try and have the level 2 inches below my desired level.
