HiThe measurements given are for the size of the pond but is the height choice for the height for the pond structure or for the height of the liner inside?Also does the blade waterfall effect come with a pump or is that seperate?thanks

The picture appears to show that it sits a few inches off the ground. Is this the case as I intend to place it on a decked area and would want air water debris to be able to be washed underneath and away. Thank you
