I have just bought this cable to replace my old cable which I'd had a long time and it ran through a Parasene thermostat so needs to be wired in. The new cable says, you can't remove the plug. Is that really true?

How do you separate the plants when ready to put in the greenhouse? I've seen seeds growing in small 60 x 60 plugs but this seems to grow all the plants together. I'm new to gardening but really want to learn. Any advice is more than welcome!
